Poster Session Organization

The poster sessions will be located in the Southwest (S) and Northwest (N) Halls.

Morning poster sessions are scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, June 26 to 29 from 08:30 to 12:00. Posters should be mounted by 08:30. They can be visited throughout the morning, but should be manned between 10:00 and 12:00.

Afternoon poster sessions are scheduled on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, June 25, 26 and 28, from 14:00 to 18:00. Posters should be mounted by 13:30 onwards. They can be visited all afternoon, but must be manned between 16:00 and 18:00 on Monday and Tuesday, and between 14:00 and 16:00 on Thursday, June 28.

Poster session managers will be available throughout the sessions to assist authors to mount their posters and give any technical assistance that may be required.

All contributions to the program will have a program code whereby the first two letters correspond to the day of presentation, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc. (i.e. MO, TU, WE etc.). For posters, the third letter will be P, and the fourth letter will be S or N, corresponding to the locations mentioned above. The code will end with three digits, corresponding to the poster board number. Program codes will be assigned and communicated to authors closer to the time of the conference.

The Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to refuse papers for publication which have not been properly presented or manned in the poster sessions. Manuscripts of contributions to the proceedings (or enlargements of them) are not considered as posters and papers presented in this way will not be accepted for publication.
