Program Codes

The date, type of presentation and location for each contribution in the programme can be easily identified from the program code, which is composed as follows:

The first two letters are the code for the day: MO, TU, WE, TH, FR;

  • The third letter pertains to the type of presentation: X and Y are for invited oral contributions presented in the morning, before and after the coffee break respectively; ZA and ZB indicate invited oral papers presented respectively before or after the break in the afternoon; IA, IB and IC are the three parts of the Session for Industry; OA and OB etc. are contributed oral sessions; PM and PA are poster sessions scheduled in the morning and afternoon respectively.
  • Next come one or two letters indicating the location: KI (Kiva Ballroom) for plenary and oral sessions; AB (Ballrooms A+B) and C (Ballroom C) for oral sessions; the Poster Sessions will be located in the Northwest (N) and Southwest (S) Exhibit Halls.
  • The number at the end is the place within the session, both for oral and poster sessions.

For example:
MOXKI01 is an invited oral presentation presented first in the session before the coffee break on Monday morning in the Kiva Ballroom. MOPMN001 would be a poster presented during the poster session scheduled on Monday morning in the Northwest Exhibit Hall.
