Exhibition Space

The Industrial Exhibitor booths, as well as the poster sessions and coffee breaks, will be held in the Northwest and Southwest halls of the Albuquerque Convention Center. Standard booth space measures 8x10 feet and is priced at $2,200 US dollars; includes the price of the booth. If you wish to receive a conference bag, abstract, program guide, attend sessions, etc you will need to register as a delegate. Companies may purchase up to four consecutive spaces.

Booth Attendant Registration

The lead attendant must register as a conference attendee. The second and third attendants qualify for a discounted rate as shown below.

*Please note, the price of the booth does not include the conference bag and its contents (conference program and memory stick) nor does it include admission to the reception or conference banquet.

Booth Amenities

Each booth contains a table, two chairs and drapes.  Any additional requests, please contact the Exhibitor Service Department of Convention Services of the Southwest at 505-243-9889.

Unattended literature tables will be available for $200.00.

Exhibitors will have a link to their websites provided on the conference website.

Booth Reservation and Deadline

Booth reservations will be available online starting January 10, 2007. Booth registration will be taken on a first come, first served basis.

The booked booth(s) will be released if there is no payment received within 2 weeks after reservation.

All booth reservations must be made by March 15, 2007

General Terms

1. For each booth reserved, payment is required with reservation.  Payment must be made in US dollars as noted in the Registration Form or by credit card.
2. Refund Policy:  An administration fee of $50 will be withheld for any cancellation received in writing prior to June 1, 2007.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date.
3. The Conference reserves the right to approve the character of any display and to prohibit any display that, because of noise or other objectionable features, detracts from the scientific and educational nature of the exhibit.
4. During the hours the exhibit is open, each booth must be attended by persons technically qualified to explain and demonstrate the equipment or services displayed.
