Deadline
The deadline for submitting papers is Wednesday 20 June 2007 at midnight MST (Mountain Standard Time) (GMT-7 hours) on Wednesday 20 June 2007.
This is ahead of the conference so that the papers can be processed and any problems can be analyzed and then discussed with authors at the conference.
Authors are advised to submit their papers well before this deadline in order to avoid difficulties due to overloading of the system.
Submission of Electronic Files
Prepare a PostScript file of the paper which conforms to the guidelines (LaTeX users please use the -j0 option with dvips - see the JACoW pages for help about preparing PostScript files).
Check the size of the postscript file; an average size should be <3 MBytes. PostScript files which are larger than 5 MBytes often cause problems and will almost certainly require modification. If the PostScript file for the paper falls into this category, please consult the JACoW recommendations for diagnosis and remedies for large files .
Files should be named according to the paper's programme code (link to Programme Codes – see new page below), e.g. for paper MOPAN001, file names should be:
- MOPAN001.ps - the PostScript file
- MOPAN001.doc - the WORD source file (MOPAN001.tex if it was a LaTeX document etc.)
- MOPAN001f1.eps - EPS file containing figure 1
- MOPAN001f2.tif - TIFF file containing figure 2
Please note that paper submission will open early in May. Once the files are ready for submission, login to your JAC0W Author Account and click on the file Upload link.
The programme codes are indicated in your PAC Author Account. The system will not accept files which do not conform to the naming convention.

IEEE Copyright Forms
IEEE will publish the PAC07 proceedings and will hold the copyright to them. For your paper to be included in the proceedings, you must submit a signed copyright form with your paper.
The PAC07 database can generate a completed form with your paper title, authors, and publication title/date already filled in. Just log into your JACoW Author Account.
You can also download blank forms in pdf, Word and HTML
