Abstract Submission

The deadline for the submission of abstracts to PAC'07 is:

Wednesday, 13 December 2006 at midnight, Mountain Standard Time (MST) (GMT-7 hours)

All contributions to PAC'07 will be managed using the JACoW Scientific Program Management System (SPMS). All authors must own a profile and associated account within the JACoW Repository prior to submitting an abstract. Access the SPMS system and follow the instructions to check whether you already own a JACoW profile and associated account. If not, create these and follow the instructions to submit your abstract(s).

To ensure that contributions are correctly placed within the conference program they need a classification and a sub-classification. Please take a few minutes to read about these under Scope of Classifications and Subclassifications in the Program section of this website (menu at right).

Once you have entered the title and text of your abstract, click on "submit". Once your contribution(s) have been submitted, you will be able to edit your submission as necessary and enter the names of co-authors, indicating who would present the work should it be selected for oral presentation. You will also be able to indicate who the primary author is, and if he or she is not the submitting author.

Note that when you enter co-authors, the JACoW SPMS system searches to see whether a co-author profile/account already exists.

Abstract text should not exceed 1200 characters. Reference to funding agencies should not exceed 200 characters. More guidelines for the preparation of abstracts are also provided at this website.
