Abstract Submission

The conference proceedings will be published at the JACoW web site. Conference delegates will receive a 1GB USB memory stick including the proceedings following the conference. Contributed oralpresentations and poster presentations may be up to 3 pages long and invited papers up to 5 pages.

The deadline for the receipt of contributions to the proceedings is:

Wednesday 20 June 2007 at midnight MST (Mountain Standard Time) (GMT-7 hours)

The proceedings will be prepared electronically: guidelines and templates for the preparation and electronic submission of contributions will be provided. Paper copies of electronically submitted contributions must be handed in at the proceedings office at the conference venue. The editors will check authors’ paper copies against those processed to ensure they are identical.

The electronic files of contributions to the proceedings will be processed prior to and during the conference and authors will be able to check the status by logging into their accounts. Processing of contributions will follow the rhythm of their presentation during the week.

It is expected that a pre-press set of papers, without author index or table of contents, will be available about two weeks after the conference. The final version will be available on the JACoW site about two months after the conference. A memory stick containing the full conference proceedings should be available shortly afterwards.

The editors invite authors to follow the preparation and submission guidelines to ensure swift publication.
