PAC'07 is in a position to offer a limited number of grants for graduate students.

Selected applicants will receive a lump sum to cover accommodations and food and, in some special cases, a contribution towards travel expenses. The grant will also cover full conference registration.

The deadline for the submission of applications is February 23, 2007. Requests received after that date will not be considered.

Applications for grants should be made via the SPMS system and the online form "Applications for Student Grants" by February 23, 2007. Emails in support of applications must be provided by the head of the institute, laboratory or university department where the student is working/studying and must reach Tsuyoshi Tajima, Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee, by the same date.

Successful applicants will be informed by mid-March 2007 and will be required to respond with a formal confirmation by end-March 2007.  Selected students will be asked to assist session chairs as a scientific secretary during the conference.
