Discount Fares

If you can use American Airlines for travel, please take advantage of our group discount. When you have used this discount, please email Tsuyoshi Tajima.  We can get a free ticket for every 40 users that can be used for prizes and awards at the conference

PAC07 attendees can get a five percent discount off te lowest applicable published air fare under the following terms and conditions:

You may find a fare that is lower than the discount available. In this case, the five-percent discount does not apply.

If you cannot make the online reservation, call the Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada and refer to your Discount Code.

If you are from outside the US, call your local reservations number and refer to your Discount Code.

There will also be a separate ticketing charge of $10.00 USD for tickets purchased via the phone or $15.00 USD for tickets purchased at the airport. This amount is subject to change. At this time there is no ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed on www.AA.com. The percentage discount can be booked on-line at www.AA.com for American Airlines and American Eagle flights only.
